About this position

Our portfolio company is a market leader in Indonesia's rapidly growing ecommerce and retail sector, providing seamless shopping experiences with a strong focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. We are on a mission to revolutionize shopping through technology, supply chain excellence, and strategic partnerships. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company into its next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan to drive growth, profitability, and innovation.
• Lead business expansion initiatives, including partnerships, new market entries, and product diversification.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and revenue generation strategies to achieve sustainable profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, suppliers, and technology partners.
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring efficiency across logistics, supply chain, and customer experience.
• Foster a high-performing organizational culture, attracting and retaining top talent.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive developments to maintain the company’s leadership position.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate governance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or technology-driven businesses.
• Proven track record of scaling businesses, driving revenue growth, and managing complex operations.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian consumer market and retail sector.
• Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and stakeholder management.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to navigate regulatory frameworks and compliance in Indonesia.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
