About this position
Responsibilities
โข Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, guiding them in the implementation of Scrum and Agile principles.
โข Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles, practices, and rules to achieve optimal performance.
โข Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
โข Assist in backlog refinement and collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure a clear and prioritized backlog.
โข Promote the usage of key Scrum artifacts such as the Definition of Done (DoD), User Stories, and Automated Testing.
โข Identify and address any impediments to the team's progress, ensuring smooth delivery of sprints.
โข Promote continuous improvement in Agile practices within the team.
โข Utilize Jira for tracking and managing sprints, issues, and team progress.
โข Foster a collaborative environment, promoting transparency, feedback, and adaptability within the team.
Requirements
โข Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a professional environment.
โข Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in software development.
โข Excellent understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as DoD, User Stories, Automated Testing, Backlog Refinement, and other key Agile practices.
โข Proficiency in using Jira for managing and tracking Scrum processes.
โข Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
โข Minimum of a Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
