About this position

Ajaib is seeking a Fixed Income Dealer to manage bonds transaction operations and enhance product operations through collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for bonds transaction operations, including trade entry to trading terminal, trade confirmation to counterparts, ensuring accurate and on time settlement and reconciliation
• Manage and maintain relationships with relevant parties such as bond issuers, custodians, depositories, and third-party vendors
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies related to bonds transaction operations
• Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as technology, compliance, and risk management, to enhance bonds product operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• A WPPE license is required
• Adept in operating trade in Bloomberg Terminal is highly preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in bonds transaction / front-office operations or a similar role in the financial industry
• In-depth knowledge of bonds and other financial market products and its transaction flow
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
