About this position
Responsibilities
โข Develop beverages (coffee / non coffee) recipes.
โข Develop and maintain the overall creative vision for our products.
โข Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and conceptualize product implementation.
โข Lead the product development process from ideation to commercialization.
โข Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
โข Communicate product features, benefits, and positioning to internal stakeholders.
โข Conduct product testing and quality assurance checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
Requirements
โข Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree of any major.
โข Having experiences minimum 3 years in related field.
โข Skills: Coffee Knowledge, Coffee Roastery, Mixology Basics, Technical Skills, Creativity and Innovation, Adaptability and Problem-Solving, Continuous Learning.
โข Willing to be placed in Menteng, Jakarta.
