About this position

The Head of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing the company's digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. This role involves overseeing all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns. The Head of Digital Marketing reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Oversee the planning and execution of all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Manage and optimize the company's website and other digital platforms to improve user experience and drive traffic.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data analytics tools and metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and creative, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as agencies and vendors,

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with other departments.
