The Country Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing performance marketing strategies that align with business objectives, managing campaigns, analyzing data, and leading a team to drive marketing success.
• Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
• Set and manage performance marketing budgets, allocating resources efficiently across various channels.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track campaign success and measure ROI.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including search (SEM), display, social media, affiliate marketing, etc.
• Drive continuous improvement of marketing campaigns through A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques.
• Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement to ensure continuous optimization.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to track and analyze campaign performance.
• Regularly communicate performance data and insights to stakeholders, including senior management and other marketing teams.
• Identify trends and opportunities from data analysis to inform future marketing strategies and tactics.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
• Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement to maintain a competitive edge.
• Identify and implement new performance marketing channels and technologies.
• Drive innovation within the performance marketing team by staying updated with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing.
• Lead the performance marketing team, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• In-depth knowledge and proficiency in managing and optimizing certain channel strategy to grow the business.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles. Demonstrated experience in managing and scaling performance marketing teams.
• Experience in articulating strategic issues and negotiating with senior leadership teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Must be data savvy and love crunching numbers.
• Excellent understanding of paid media channels.
• Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools (Google Analytics, GDS, Tableau, etc).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to Product Development or technical related – basic coding skill is a plus.
• Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team. Proven ability to think both tactically and strategically.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Being able to see the bigger picture.
