About this position

The Legal Analyst position at SuperApp involves conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, contributing to the company's mission of addressing economic inequality in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues, including regulations, statutes, and case law.
• Draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, memoranda, and briefs.
• Review and analyze contracts and other legal documents to identify risks and ensure compliance.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the organization's operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working in a legal environment or corporate legal department.
