The Head of Compliance oversees all compliance and regulatory activities, with the primary goal of ensuring adherence to pharmaceutical standards and regulations. This role is vital for aligning sales practices with company policies and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance and regulatory adherence, measured by the absence of compliance violations and regulatory penalties.
• Effective management and oversight of workflows to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements, evaluated through internal audits and compliance monitoring.
• Budget adherence and effective allocation of resources for compliance initiatives, measured by the alignment of allocated budgets with planned activities and the successful execution of compliance programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance and regulatory efforts throughout the organization, assessed through feedback and alignment with compliance objectives from relevant stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure that sales activities align with established compliance standards, measured through regular compliance trainings, adherence to policies, and feedback from sales teams on compliance practices.
• Ensure that healthcare professionals (HCPs) are not engaged in activities that violate ZP's policies and regulations, demonstrated through regular monitoring, reporting, and absence of compliance breaches related to HCP engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in business, law, pharmacy, healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
• Experience in compliance management, preferably in a regional or cluster role.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance regulations and standards.
• Experience in working with regulatory authorities and navigating compliance requirements.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Experience in conducting compliance training and ensuring awareness among employees.
• Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies in the compliance context.
