About this position

Supervisor Produksi Central Kitchen bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan efisiensi operasional dan kelancaran operasi melalui pengelolaan proyeksi produksi dan tim.

Responsibilities

• Menyiapkan dan mengevaluasi proyeksi produksi berdasarkan Demand Order Store untuk memastikan efisiensi operasional dan kelancaran operasi.
• Menugaskan tugas harian kepada anggota tim berdasarkan target dan proyeksi produksi.
• Berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan pihak eksternal atau tim produksi pihak ketiga.
• Mendukung proses uji coba produk baru bersama tim R&D untuk memastikan kelayakan produksi skala besar.

Requirements

• Minimal 4 tahun pengalaman di posisi yang sama.
• Paham mengenai pelaporan CoGs dan perhitungan biaya makanan.
• Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik dalam mengolah data inventaris, proses produksi, dan problem COGM.
