About this position
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of buildings, machinery, and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and safety across various departments.
Responsibilities
• Supervise the comprehensive maintenance and repair/replacement of buildings, machinery, and equipment across various departments. This involves utilizing a range of maintenance or craft skills to uphold the structural integrity and operational efficiency of our establishment.
• Oversee the upkeep of equipment and machinery to facilitate departments in achieving economical production while adhering to Sika design specifications.
• Collaborate with department heads to prioritize maintenance tasks and allocate resources effectively.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to address equipment malfunctions promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Foster a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols.
Requirements
• Bachelor (S1) degree from Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering.
• Have minimum experience 5 Years in Maintenance area.
• Have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, aggressive and enterprising personality with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Self-Confident & Having Service excellent.
• Experience in Automations Maintenance, PLC/automation and Pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity in Standard practice and procedures of construction, Inspection procedures and Able to read engineering drawing.
• Experience in ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Standard.
• Fluent in English (Written, Spoken).
• Excellent skills in Computer & Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be place in Jababeka Cikarang.
