Learning & Development Manager - DELONIX Hotel Karawang
About this position
Responsibilities
• Create, implement, and maintain effective learning and development programs that align with company goals
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for development among staff
• Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops that cater to diverse learning styles
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments based on feedback and results
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and professional development throughout the organization
• Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure they are set up for success
• Manage the training budget efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the field of learning and development
Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the hospitality sector
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous
• In-depth understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Experience with e-learning tools and platforms, as well as Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for engaging individuals and teams
• Strong analytical abilities to assess training effectiveness and drive continual improvement
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a training team
• Willingness to work in Karawang
