Senior Client Solutions Manager

About this position

The Senior Manager, will serve as a key strategic leader managing large or strategic client accounts within the logistics industry. You will take full ownership of client relationship management, strategic account planning, performance monitoring, and internal collaboration. A key aspect of this role is the ability to create and draft solutions during cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with client requirements. Mandarin (Chinese) is mandatory, as you will be working closely with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

โ€ข Act as the primary point of contact for large or strategic clients.
โ€ข Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships, aligning their goals with our services.
โ€ข Actively listen to clients' needs, offering tailored solutions to address their logistics challenges.
โ€ข Develop customized strategies for each key client to drive growth, improve retention, and resolve logistics challenges.
โ€ข Collaborate with clients to forecast their business needs and align these with the companyโ€™s service offerings.
โ€ข Coordinate closely with internal departments (product, operations, finance, and strategy) to ensure that client requirements are met.
โ€ข Create and draft tailored logistics solutions that integrate various departments and services to meet client needs.
โ€ข Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and clear communication.
โ€ข Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs) related to service delivery, and propose actionable improvements.
โ€ข Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address potential issues proactively.

Requirements

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Masterโ€™s degree preferred).
โ€ข Mandarin (Chinese) is mandatory.
โ€ข At least 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or similar roles, preferably in logistics or a related industry.
โ€ข Demonstrated experience in managing large, complex client accounts, driving revenue growth, and solving operational challenges.
โ€ข Experience working with cross-functional teams in a high-paced environment.
โ€ข Proven leadership experience, including the ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams.
โ€ข Strong financial acumen, with experience in contract negotiation and profitability management.
