About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies and objectives to achieve company sales targets.
• Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to enhance sales opportunities.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between the sales team and other departments.
• Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to motivate and drive the sales team towards achieving targets.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales operations management, preferably in the recruitment industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve sales operation issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales teams and other departments.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales operation tools to track and analyze sales data.
