About this position

The Senior Economist (Sustainable Transition) will lead Prospera’s engagement with various institutions in the Government of Indonesia and manage a team of research analysts and policy practitioners to find the balance between an endogenous policy induced green transition and the policy path towards economic growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead Prospera’s engagement with various institutions in the Government of Indonesia (GOI)
• Manage a team of research analysts and policy practitioners
• Find the balance between an endogenous policy induced green transition and the policy path towards economic growth
• Evaluate the interconnections of varied transition policy packages available to GOI
• Provide a general equilibrium perspective for the rest of the economy
• Work with government to deliver reforms
• Engage with financial sector stakeholders
• Produce economic analysis
