About this position

Responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive corporate brand campaigns, along with overseeing the creating of innovative and engaging campaign materials that aligning our corporate objectives with our brand presence in the market, ensuring consistency and resonance with our target audience.

Responsibilities

Brand Campaign Strategy & Development
• Develop strategic brand activation plans align with corporate objectives and brand positioning.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Corporate brand management to translate business goals into impactful brand campaigns.
• Leads brainstorming session and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas.

Brand Activation and Implementation
• Implement brand activation initiatives across various channels including traditional media, digital platforms, social media and experiential marketing events.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate corporate brand messaging into all customers touchpoints and marketing communications.
• Monitor campaign performances and conduct post campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and identity areas for improvement.

Creative Campaign Execution
• Oversee execution the end to end of corporate campaign, ensuring high quality output.
• Work closely with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop compelling campaign materials including digital assets, print material, and experiential marketing.
• Ensure all creative material adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to target audiences.

Budget Campaign Management
• Develop and manage budget for brand activation initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and compliance to financial target.
• Monitor campaign expenses and provide regular budget update to senior management

Requirements

Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with brand management software/tools.

Related Experience:
• Proven experience (5 years) in brand strategy development and management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, market research, and consumer behavior.

Skills:
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make strategic recommendations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management and organizational skills.
