The Maintenance Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of maintenance operations within the company. This includes developing and implementing maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing equipment performance. The Maintenance Director will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of all equipment and facilities.
• Oversee the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
• Manage and coordinate the maintenance team, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks based on operational requirements.
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources and adherence to financial targets.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the condition of equipment and facilities, identifying potential issues and recommending appropriate actions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery for outsourced maintenance activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in maintenance practices, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of equipment, spare parts, and maintenance records to facilitate accurate tracking and reporting.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
