The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. They will collaborate with department heads and senior management to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them effectively. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.
• Develop and implement learning and development strategies and programs to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Identify training needs and gaps within the organization and design appropriate learning solutions.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to assess training needs and develop training plans.
• Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and online learning resources.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Manage the learning and development budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective training programs and initiatives.
