The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the company. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will report directly to the CEO and work closely with department heads to support the company's strategic goals and foster a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction
• Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
