About this position

The Cluster Sales Executive in Magelang is responsible for driving business strategic development and sales growth in the designated area, collaborating with distribution partners, and ensuring the availability and visibility of Indosat products.

Responsibilities

โ€ข Being a main contributor to Head of Branch on Business Strategic Development volume Sales Area
โ€ข Collaborate with Distribution Partner to develop existing cluster with target growth Reload.
โ€ข Monitor and ensure availability & visibility of Indosat product in cluster including monitor card distribution to all distro / outlet in the respective cluster
โ€ข Advocate all sales channel related all Indosat promotion & products
โ€ข Strengthen retail penetration (open new outlet) and outlet engagement (Indosat promo or products as main preferable sale by outlet)
โ€ข Educate distributorโ€™s team to comply with distributor KPI (training, coaching, & counseling)
โ€ข Direct & guide distributor to deliver activities in the cluster including brand activities, sales event, happening art, bundling program and community program
โ€ข Monitor network availability and escalate to Head of Branch and Function Sales Assurance in Region for any network problem in the respective cluster
โ€ข Compiling daily reports and send to Head of Branch and related function in Region
โ€ข Coordinate with Rural GTM Executive (RGE) for any requirement regarding marketing promotion / branding in the respective cluster
โ€ข Execute and achieve functional goals given by managers
โ€ข Provide continuous inputs on business process and systems improvement

Requirements

โ€ข Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales.
โ€ข Experience in telecommunications or related industry is preferred.
โ€ข Min. Bachelorโ€™s degree
โ€ข Able to demonstrate leadership role in recent projects which involve cross functional effort within the company
โ€ข Good understanding of commercial operation of the business and able to work in different roles within the Group
โ€ข Has driving license (Sim A & C) is mandatory
โ€ข Willing to be placed in Magelang, Central Java
โ€ข Sales: Market Sales analyze Cluster Territory and understand Point of Income
โ€ข Marketing: Push and Pull Local and National Program to market
โ€ข Understand the KPI Distributor & how to achieve by providing initiatives and guidance to Distributor
