As an Account Management Lead at Grab, you will supervise the operational day-to-day activities of the Grab Food Corporate Sales team, supporting the growth of merchants' businesses and acting as a business consultant to maximize their potential.
โข Handle, control and monitoring all Account Management Executive activities. Including creating mapping, call plan, role play, reporting team
โข Maintain TOP partner GMV (join promo or still not join promo) and execute action plan to drive numbers GMV with evaluate menu and promo activities.
โข Lead meetings with Top Merchant to ensure strong relationships and eliminate business obstacles, aligning with the company's long-term direction
โข Ensure the achievement of target participant outlets / brands according to the portfolio list that has been assigned to Account Management.
โข Work together with S&P Lead on ongoing campaign & also upcoming campaign & coordinate on the hitlist, segmentation, additional merchant that can be added to make the campaign better when it was run
โข Cooperate with marketing team on all marketing campaigns and projects running and also coordinate regarding asset that was gonna be used on campaign
โข 2+ Years of Experience in leading sales team, commercial and prior experience with leading an end-to-end sales cycle
โข Proficient with analytics and fluent with tools which help you achieve a clear understanding of data sets
โข Experience on managing a team
โข Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects your ideas and suggestions in a clear and succinct way
โข Fluent in both Bahasa & English
