About this position

The position involves content moderation for online videos and social media, ensuring compliance and safety of uploaded content.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing online videos/contents/ complaints received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/materials.
• Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform.
• Ensuring legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the short video platforms.

Requirements

• Diploma 3/bachelor’s degree holder.
• Prior work experience on Social Media platforms, or as a Content Moderator/Reviewer is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good proficiency in English is a MUST, minimum B1 level.
• Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets/countries.
• Wiling to work in rotational 24/7 shifting schedule.
• Willing to work onsite on our Surakarta Office.
