About this position

作为助理经理，您负责协助执行管家维护酒店的整体清洁，包括客房和公共区域。您的主要职责包括确保客人对酒店清洁度感到满意，响应客人需求，确保客房的安全和安保，维护库存和成本控制，选择、培训、维护和管理一支积极和熟练的工作团队。您还为管家团队成员创造一个友好的氛围，以提供卓越的客户服务和产品质量表现。

Requirements

• 酒店管理或相关领域的文凭或学位
• 在五星级酒店或度假村有之前的管家管理经验
• 展示自信、强大的决策和培训技能
• 高效的时间安排
• 流利的印尼语和英语
