The Sales Manager (Hospitality) is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the hospitality sector. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the hospitality industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients to secure new business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
• Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Train and mentor the sales team to enhance their skills and ensure consistent performance.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and expand the network.
• Stay updated with industry developments, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the market.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a sales manager in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian hospitality market and industry trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
