Food & Beverage Marketing Manager (Pre-Opening) at Regent Bali Canggu
About this position
Responsibilities
As the Food & Beverage Marketing Manager, you’ll propose strategic programs, partnerships, events and activations that drive brand awareness and visitation from in-house and external guests, leading to topline revenue generation that supports the business goals of the resort’s five dining establishments.
• Manage, update, and coordinate the yearly Restaurant & Bars marketing plan, execute marketing activities and strategies to promote all R&B offerings.
• Coordinate all requirements for R&B menus, including menu editing, translation, printing, and similar.
• Manage all in-house marketing collaterals, including banners on screens, in-room collateral, App-content, adhering to Regent Hotels & Resorts brand standards.
• Communicate and interact on daily basis with guests and promote on-site all restaurants and bars exceptional guest service, products, and chef’s profiles through targeted marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate together with the Marketing and R&B team all food and beverage photography and videography, including photoshoots and video production.
• Put forward relevant partnership ideas that can bring value to our establishments, either monetary or PR worthy.
• Plan and coordinate a schedule of KOL visits throughout the calendar year and ensure the R&B team are briefed accordingly prior to each visit.
• Be a true advocate of restaurants & bars on the island. Frequent the culinary hotspots and get to know the fellow industry players.
• Keep abreast of dining trends both domestically and internationally, to ensure that any resort.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will also be the brand keeper of all collateral design and production, and provide communication support, reporting, administration, customer services and other marketing initiatives as directed by the Director of Marketing Communications, and with supporting guidance from the Director of Food & Beverage.
