About this position

The Quality Control Staff is responsible for ensuring the company's products meet the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, this role involves conducting inspections, tests, and audits to identify any deviations or defects in the manufacturing process. The Quality Control Staff plays a crucial role in maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conducting inspections and tests on incoming materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines to improve overall product quality.
• Monitoring production processes to identify and resolve any quality-related issues or deviations from established standards.
• Collaborating with production teams to establish and maintain quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process.
• Analyzing data and generating reports on quality performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to address quality non-conformities.
• Participating in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Training and educating employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Maintaining and calibrating testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to address quality concerns and ensure adherence to quality specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or quality management
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools
• Experience in conducting inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Proficiency in using quality control software and tools for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues
