About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive creative strategies that support the overall business objectives.
• Manage and inspire creative teams, including graphic designers and content creators.
• Generate innovative and compelling creative concepts that resonate with the target audience.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand's visual identity, including logo, typography, color palette, and overall aesthetic.
• Lead the development and execution of creative campaigns across various channels, such as print, digital, and social media.
• Manage creative budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure that all creative work meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard software.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in any field, with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Minimum 3-5 years in the creative industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing creative teams and projects.
• Proven ability to develop innovative concepts and execute creative strategies aligned with business goals.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media trends.
• Strong team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating creative ideas clearly to stakeholders and clients.
