Founded in 2012, Lazada Group is the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia, aiming to serve 300 million shoppers by 2030 through its logistics and payments networks.
• Oversee the end-to-end financial agenda for Lazada’s inhouse warehousing business in Indonesia
• Support in driving transparency and visibility in cost structure as well as working with business partners and operations leads to propose, review and challenge cost optimization initiatives
• Support the commercial function of Lazada Logistics with pricing models and pipeline evaluation
• Work closely with a regional team of FBPs to align on approaches and methods while ensuring the local requirements of the Indonesia market are met
• Validate results of month end closing activities (handled by local accounting teams) to ensure the business works with accurate data
• Provide analysis and commentary for monthly business reviews with both local and regional management teams
• Strong educational background with degrees in Finance/Accounting (preferred) or General/Logistics Management
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an e-commerce or logistics environment
• Strong analytical thinking and understanding of business and financial models with a “customer first” mindset
• Good communication and intercultural skills and stakeholder management
• Experience in SAP & Anaplan will be beneficial
• Hands-on mentality and being able to deep dive into details as required. SQL skills to facilitate own data analysis would be a clear plus.
• Able to work independently and is self motivated
• Able to travel to Cimanggis at least once a week for work purposes
