About this position

We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our team and help us meet production targets by optimizing production processes and maintaining operational efficiency. The Production Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing production plans, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and maintaining safe and efficient working conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and an understanding of production principles and processes. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and timely delivery of products.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions and process deviations.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and minimize downtime.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability without compromising quality.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and new technologies.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and equipment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to recommend and implement innovative production techniques.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in production engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or related areas
- Knowledge of production processes and procedures
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
