The company's processing facilities are certified with domestic and international standard for food processing and safety. The products not only distribute in local market but exported to over 60+ countries in Asia Pacific, North America, South America, Middle East and Europe.
Great Giant Foods has already been actively implementing green practices for over 50+ years. And we learned that although there is a cost involved in going green, profits do not necessarily have to take a hit. We speak from experience, because in 10 short years, these green practices have boosted our yield per hectare by as much as 50%.
Going Green is a process, not a one-time project. At our plantation, nothing is wasted; every part is utilised. We are the original RRR production unit- and have earned our ‘green’ label by consistently implementing green measures across the board. We are also committed to reach zero-waste production cycle through our rigorous implementation of sustainable integrated farming approach.
About this position
The Careline Intern will be responsible for handling customer complaints, assisting the brand and marketing team, and managing various promotional activities.
Responsibilities
• Handling complaints, contacting customers, and sending compensation
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly complaint reports
• Assist administration of brand & marketing team
• Collaborate with marketing support team for delivery of brand required products to office
• Manage call center consumer promotions Q&A
• Manage confirmation of gift recipients
• Manage submissions from winners and coordinate with social media team for delivery of giveaway prizes
Requirements
• Undergraduate Students from any major, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Duration atleast 3- 6 months dedicated full time interns
• Have the ability to communicate well
• Available to be placed in SCBD, South Jakarta
