We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to proactively identify and engage potential candidates for various roles within our organization, contributing to our mission of solving economic inequality in Indonesia.
• Proactively source and identify potential candidates using various methods including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
• Present shortlisted candidates to recruiters for further consideration.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform sourcing strategies.
• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition field.
• Experience in sourcing and recruiting for various roles across different levels and functions.
• Experience in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in using various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms.
• Knowledge of job boards, professional networks, and databases for candidate sourcing.
• Ability to craft compelling outreach messages to attract passive candidates.
• Strong research skills to identify and engage top talent.
• Ability to adapt sourcing strategies based on changing market conditions and organizational needs.
