About this position
Responsibilities
โข Install, maintain and repair industrial machinery and equipment at customer locations.
โข Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
โข Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures, utilizing technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
โข Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support and guidance.
โข Train customers on proper operation and maintenance of machines, ensuring safe and efficient use.
โข Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts used.
โข Coordinate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
โข Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and advances in industrial machine technology.
โข Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements.
โข Comply with company policies and safety regulations when performing job duties.
Requirements
โข Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
โข Minimum 3 years experience in industrial machine service and maintenance
โข Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
โข Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing complex machine problems
โข Excellent communication and customer service skills
