About this position

The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating design concepts and illustrations, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring quality during the construction stage.

Responsibilities

• Create interior moodboard and design concept based on instructed brief.
• Create interior 3D illustration using related design software.
• Prepare selection list for interior finishing materials, furnitures, and decorations.
• Prepare SBO (Supply by Owner) items schedule.
• Coordinate all interior design aspects with internal project team and vendors / contractors.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing team for interior design related aspect.
• Perform interior quality checking on site during construction stage.
• Perform quantity check and inventory listing for interior design related items.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design.
• Freshgraduates are welcome, have previous working experience in the related field is a plus.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop.
• Have passion in interior design and design trends.
• Creative, innovative, and detail oriented.
• Excellent in communication and teamwork.
• Willing to be placed at Tabanan, Bali.
