About this position

The Technical Support Engineer will demonstrate the value of ZWSOFT products to clients and resellers in Indonesia, providing tailored solutions and resolving software application issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the value of ZWSOFT products to clients and resellers in Indonesia by providing tailored product solutions and resolving software application issues effectively
• Collect local market demand and competitive product information to better develop empowering resources for resellers. This includes creating and enhancing pre-sales and post-sales support materials and localizing and optimizing training materials for resellers.
• Collect software usage scenarios from customer support, compile reports to enhance team experience, and improve product competitiveness.
• Work with marketing to create resources and offer technical support for customer case studies, exhibitions, seminars, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Design and Automation, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in the mechanical equipment industry, with expertise in at least one CAD application area such as product design, structural design, or mechanical design.
• Proficient in using mainstream 3D CAD design software like SolidWorks, Creo, or NX, with a preference for candidates familiar with SolidWorks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an emphasis on being optimistic, resilient under pressure, and self-driven.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese for effective communication
