About this position

The Lead Generator position involves making outbound calls, working closely with the sales team, and managing data reports to generate qualified leads for the business.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using prospects data provided
• To work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads generated are qualified and relevant for the business
• Extract data to develop recurring reports
• Support with reporting requirements by creating and maintaining data reports
• Build and maintain dashboards to show results
• Locating and fixing errors in reports
• To achieve conversion KPI by keeping high ratio of calls to meetings set
• Handle telephone and email queries from potential Hotel Partner
• Build relationships with colleagues and clients in a professional manner at all times
• Updating prospects database on day-to-day basis in our CRM and generating sales team report
• Sending emails to prospects and leads
• Responsible to hit the phone call and meeting number target
• Report and communicate day-to-day progress and update directly to Lead Gen Coordinator / Lead Gen Team Lead

Requirements

• Proficient in both Thai and English language
• Proficiency and experience in Microsoft Office and Google Apps, specifically Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Experience with Google Data Studio is a plus
• You should have experience in a similar role, i.e. telemarketing or customer service for a minimum of 2 years.
• You have strong communication and excellent telephone manners
• You have lead management : Generate leads using cold calling, email, social media, and other relevant marketing channels
• You are data-driven in your work with a keen eye on details
• You are energized and motivated by results with a laser-focus on achieving the KPIs
• You are able to work independently and handle situations under pressure
• You have a Bachelor’s Degree
