About this position

The Trade Marketing Manager - OTC is responsible for overseeing trade marketing activities in the OTC and modern trade market, ensuring alignment with overall marketing communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for trade marketing activities in OTC and modern trade market in line with overall marketing communication strategies.
• Collaborate with Business Unit Director or VP to generate ideas, plans, budget, production, and implementation of all in-store activities, including point of sales, such as materials and promotions which align with marketing and distribution strategies.
• Manage the point of sales, including budget, logistics, distribution, or assortment, by working out the most efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Manager and/or Marketing team to build sales promotions and product communication.
• Collaborate with Sales team to turn knowledge to effective tools to present the brands, products, and marketing initiative to customers.
• Collaborate with marketing intelligent both inside & outsources to read and report results of activities and provide recommendations and forecasts.
• Collaborate with event organizer or advertising agency to execute marketing plan/action plan for below the line (BTL) activities in OTC and modern trade market. Control and monitoring all agency and organizers performance is also required.
• Support Sales team to execute activities to achieve their sales and budget objectives, while ensuring the desired product benefits and brand values are properly communicated.
• Ensure that feedbacks are taken into account by regularly visit sales team, customers and stores.
• Manage the Merchandisers and product Consultants coverage and implementation plan and monitor their performance.
• Monitor customer satisfaction measurement e.g., net promoter score and other success measures.
• Other tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
• MBA or experience in pharmaceutical products or FMCG will be an advantage.
• Has experience in Trade Marketing job is preferable.
• Is energetic, organized, hands-on, business-driven, and not easily be put down by challenges.
• Strong communication skill.
• Good command in English.
