Supervisor - Cold Chain and Animal Health (Bangna KM.23)
About this position
The Supervisor - Cold Chain and Animal Health is responsible for managing operations to ensure timely delivery and efficient packing processes for both cold chain and non-cold chain products.
Responsibilities
• Picking of products
• Facilitates immediate picking of goods with 'rush / urgent delivery' requirements
• Ensures audit or checks of product picking to avoid shortage, excess, wrong size or wrong product picking
• Ensures expired or short-expired products are not in saleable locations
• Manages proper segregation for reserved and deposit stock
• Manages proper filing of picking slips for reference
• Non-Cold chain Packing operation
• Coordinates with other sections, departments, principals and customers to resolve operational issues and concerns
• Documents and recommends improvements on policies, systems and procedures to help improve process performance
• Cold Chain Packing operation
• Develop protocol for cold chain shipments
• Conduct cold chain shipment validation tests
• Study alternative means of packing and shipment for all Cold Chain products
• Coordinate with Quality team to monitor performance of Cold Chain shipments
• Documents and recommends improvements on policies, systems and procedures to help improve process performance
• Documents and recommends improvements on policies, systems and procedures to help improve process performance.
• Coordinates with other sections, departments, principals and customers to resolve operational issues and concerns.
• Manages the training and development of staff.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by Logistics Manager from time to time.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields
• At least 3 years of work experience in Logistics, Physical Distribution
• Adapt in Microsoft Office package
• High sense of responsibility, quick learner, and self-motivated
• Dynamic, able to multitask, and work independently
• Good communication in both Thai and English
