About this position
Responsibilities
• Ensure and commit to deliver affective machine operation and maintenance policy and implement company procedure.
• Manage the plan for PM, MC and RT maintenance for all Electrical system, HVAC, Cold chain system, included alarm systems, and power supplier unit in terms of machinery and contract work that included un-schedule maintenance.
• Inspect / access the current condition of Electrical system, HVAC, Cold chain system, included alarm systems, and power supplier unit in the facility for working properly as initial maintenance and repair work as necessary.
• Fully action and response for overall equipment efficacies and machine reliability.
• Affective train / coaching maintenance staff to Operation and maintenance.
• Manage and maintain record include analyze the problem trend.
• Implement safety and work environment rule and regulation for Electrical system, HVAC, Cold chain system, included alarm systems, and power supplier unit.
• Develop the alternative system for command problems on emergency case of Electrical system, HVAC, Cold chain system, included alarm systems, and power supplier unit such as Power shortage or compressor breakdown.
• Negotiate with service provider and contractor to affect maintenance quality, cost reduction, and administer service contract.
• Account for project improvement of Electrical system, HVAC, Cold chain system, included alarm systems, and power supplier unit that included prepare initial qualifications & operational qualifications, conceptual design review and recommend until handover process.
• Budgetary preparation for machinery improvement.
• In-charge for Continuous improvement program on account area.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering in related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in facility maintenance Engineer.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in supervisor level.
• Expertise on facility machinery / electrical system, HVAC and cold room for medical product.
• Good in communication & presentation skill both Thai and English.
• Good for managerial and critical thinking skill.
• High - Leadership and Good on TEAM working.
• Dynamic, able to multi-task and work independently.
• Do-able attitude.
• Good on Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Accountable and result oriented.
