Outbound Pharma Manager (Bangna KM. 23)
About this position
This role is based at our Distribution Center in Bangna 23 KM, reporting to the Senior Logistics Manager.
Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manages Picking, Invoicing, Checking, Packing and processes to meet committed performance targets.
• Leads the coordination with other sections, departments and external parties - principals and customers to resolve operational issues and concerns.
• Manages and sustains workforce productivity by continual training, multi-skilling and aligning resources with picking/packing demand.
• Identify technology improvements and implement solutions which improve outbound performance and cost structure.
• Controls the processes for release and control of regular and manual invoices for assignment to outbound orders.
• Continuously improves operations to meet with the agreed service levels as indicated by key performance Indicators.
• Sustains quality compliant processes consistent with ISO, GMP, GDPMDD, GSDP and GCP in all operational activity.
• Reviews, analyses, allocates and recommends resource requirements (manning, equipment, systems, etc) of distribution center operations.
• Develops working relationships with principals and customers by ensuring service level targets are met and information requests are provided.
• Prepares and manages distribution center budget, both for operating expenses and capital expenditures.
• Documents and prepares standard operating procedures and conducts staff training for these SOPs.
• Conducts performance management and develops training program for all staff. Actively engages in management practices which contribute to employee engagement with ZPTH.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by Senior Logistics Manager-Outbound which progress the operational performance of the DC.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields.
• Minimum 5 year’s experience in supply chain, logistics and distribution.
• Direct experience in Pharma industry is a must.
• Minimum experience in handling 8,000 Outbound orders daily.
• Dynamic, able to multi-task and work independently.
• Strong analytical skills and appropriate computer literacy.
• High sense of responsibility, quick learner, and self-motivated.
• Good communication in both Thai and English.
• Experience in managing a workforce of significant size.
• Pronounced management skills in leadership, delegation, planning, and communication.
