• Proficiency in various training techniques, such as interactive teaching, case studies, and role-playing exercises.
• Designing and implementing training effectiveness assessments and optimizing content based on feedback.
• Strong ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth training execution.
• Possess basic marketing and sales knowledge to understand product USPs and market strategies.
• Integrate sales techniques into training sessions to help participants improve their sales performance.
• Proficient in using various training tools and platforms, such as online training systems, video conferencing software, and AR/VR devices.
• Capable of addressing common technical or product-related issues raised by trainees.
• Ability to rapidly grasp new technologies in the fast-evolving mobile phone industry.
• Efficiently organize training plans and meet deadlines.
• Handle high-intensity work and meet tight deadlines typical of the industry.
• Ability to deliver training in multiple languages, particularly for international audiences.
• Possess relevant industry certifications or trainer qualifications (e.g., TTT certification).
• Background in mobile phone sales, marketing, or technical support.
