The System Engineer position involves installing operating systems, providing technical support, and performing routine maintenance on various server platforms.
Responsibilities
• Install OS and provide technical support regarding windows server/CentOS/RedHat/Linux/VMware/oracle Solaris/Ubuntu etc.
• Replacing CPU, main board, and memory of server, deliver spare parts from warehouse to site and replace the broken one from server.
• Support customers in routine maintenance
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, telecommunication engineering.
• Familiar with Server and Storage
• Experience in Linux/VMware/Window server installation and maintenance
• Experience in replacing CPU, main board, and memory
• Understand the TCP/IP protocol
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of work experience for computer server/disk array product technical support and System Integration, such as DELL/HP/LENOVO/etc.
• New grads also welcome to apply
• 2 years’ experience as IT Support or related role
• Good at English and can communication fluently
• Hold the driver's license certification
