About this position

The Senior IT Technical Engineer will be responsible for collaborating with development teams, managing cloud resources, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team on system deployments and upgrades.
• Manage and maintain virtual machines, containers, and cloud platform resources.
• Manage the daily operations and maintenance of the cloud platform to ensure high availability and stability.
• Handle technical coordination with external vendors or customers to ensure successful project implementation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to operating systems and system integration, diagnosing and repairing integration failures.
• Provide technical support and problem resolution to ensure user issues are promptly addressed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of relevant IT work experience, with hands-on experience in large-scale system integration projects.
• Candidates with certifications such as CCNP, PMP are preferred.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud computing platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with integration technologies for various systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, Unix).
• Proficiency in TCP/IP and network protocols.
• Strong teamwork, English communication skills.
