About this position

The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of the Data Center project from design and development to delivery and handover. This role requires strong leadership and a background in managing large-scale data center or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

-Lead the overall project management for the data center, ensuring all aspects of the project are progressing according to plan.
-Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, construction) to ensure alignment on project goals.
-Ensure compliance with relevant local regulations, industry standards, and health and safety protocols.
-Act as the primary point of contact between the vendor company and client, managing communications and stakeholder expectations.
-Mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction and implementation phases.
-Manage project documentation and reporting, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within data center construction or similar large-scale infrastructure projects.
-Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-phase projects.
-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
