Project Management Officer (Chinese Speaking)
About this position
The Project Management Officer (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for enhancing project performance and efficiency, managing delivery projects, and ensuring effective communication and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
• Promotes the overall project operation performance and improves project efficiency of delivery projects.
• Takes charge of the appraisal, incentives, and task management of delivery projects.
• Manages delivery projects in a standardized manner, and releases regulations and processes.
• Manages the communication of delivery projects, releases project progress, problems, and risks, and reports to internal and external departments.
• Implements the delivery project management regulations and applies them in the iEPMS.
• Takes charge of the manpower planning, team building, and manpower ledger release.
• Provides operation support for delivery projects, including compliance, internal control, information security, and health and safety.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Chinese or any field.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, etc.
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
• Fluency in Chinese (at least HSK 5) and English Language are preferred.
