About this position

The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Manager will be responsible for the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems for the data center, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, procurement, and installation of all MEP systems in the data center, including HVAC, electrical power distribution, fire protection, and water systems.
• Work closely with the project manager and other teams to ensure MEP systems meet project requirements and local codes.
• Manage the MEP team, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery of work.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure that MEP systems are installed as per approved designs and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during construction and commissioning.
• Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in MEP management, ideally in data center construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in HVAC systems, power distribution, fire suppression systems, and plumbing systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Relevant certifications in MEP systems or construction safety are a plus.
