About this position

The IT Project Manager is responsible for the engineering delivery results of the project, overseeing the progress, costs, and quality of engineering construction while managing the engineering team and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Defines the organizational structure, responsibilities, and appraisal mechanism of the engineering delivery team, and assumes responsibility for the progress, costs, and quality of engineering construction.
• Formulates and optimizes the site delivery SOP process.
• Formulates and integrates project plans in accordance with project objectives, including the project progress, human resources, logistics, outsourcing, quality, technical delivery, and acceptance plans.
• Supervises and manages the engineering team (including subcontractors) to ensure that the engineering construction quality meets the contract acceptance requirements in strict compliance with engineering processes and regulations during the engineering construction, and takes the lead in outputting engineering execution documents and promoting site acceptance.
• Takes charge of the overall plan and control of project implementation, and supervises the project implementation progress and budget conformity, analyzes engineering progress GAP, and handles major engineering delivery problems.
• Manages the project delivery scope, records extra workload, and assists the project commercial manager in project contract change management.
• Manages customer relationships in the project implementation phase, and establishes, coordinates, and improves customer relationships through effective communication management and project operation.
• Publicizes compliance management requirements and supervises compliance operations of outsourcing services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering, telecom, computer science, or any related.
• Knowledge of IT technical such as system, network and cloud would be advantage.
• Experience as Project Manager, Project Delivery is a plus.
• Good command of English and fluent in Thai.
