Service Manager
About this position
The Service Manager is responsible for supervising and improving the service system at the WH/Service center, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing service operations effectively.
Responsibilities
•Supervise and assist the WH/Service center to establish and improve the service system
•Cooperate with sales team to handle customer relationship and timely solve service needs, to improve customer satisfaction of the end-user.
•Supervise hotline team, deal complaints punctually, maintain satisfaction of customer and reputation of Zoomlion Service.
•Establish population of Zoomlion product in all regions
•Assign responsible person with new machine for RI, PDI and Delivery Inspection
•Subordinate with local engineer for operator training with customer after delivery
•Assign PM & Repair task to service team in the region by system
•Collect and follow the PM & Repair report of each region, ensure all process be finished in time
•Manage and plan service materials for support customers
•Orientation new staff of service team
•Set training request to HQ based on skill level
•Support other tasks from product managers
Requirements
•Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
•With more than 5 years of after service experience in the manufacturing industry, heavy Equipment.
•Has knowledge in pressure gage, multimeter, Hydraulic diagram and electrical diagram
•Good in communications, responsibility
•Good in English both Spoken and Written (or Chinese would be an advantage).
•Have driving license, can drive to Warehouse and port, if necessary
