About this position

The Sales Representative/Manager position in Laos involves establishing and maintaining customer relationships, promoting sales, and developing sales plans in collaboration with dealers.

Responsibilities

• Visiting end customers and agents, establishing, maintaining and updating customer files regularly
• Being responsible for public relationship development, building and keeping reliable relationship with clients
• Spotting business opportunities, and following up with the orders
• Collecting project information and promoting sales
• Collecting and analyzing marketing information
• Develop sales plan and implementation plan with dealer together, complete sales objectives; According to company requirement, manage and support dealer, including business opportunity, stock, service and sales training

Requirements

• Diploma of Vocational Education or higher in Marketing, Engineer, Mechanical, Electrical, International business, English or other relate filed
• Familiar with local market, Heavy machinery, construction machinery knowledge on priority or Heavy machinery such as Excavator, Mobile Crane, Concrete, Tower Crane, Forklift, Foundation, Arial Work Machinery, Mining etc.
• More than 1 years of experience in sales, selling heavy machinery or similar product
• Having skills of coordinate with leasing is preferably
• Good communication skills and responsibility
• Have a connection with customer of construction group
• Communicable in English for both writing and speaking.
• Have driving license
