About this position

The Finance and Administrative Executive at ZOLL is responsible for managing financial operations, administrative tasks, and customer service support to ensure efficient business processes and improved patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manages Accounts Receivable (“AR”) (including handle and communicate for any customers, sales invoices, collections related matters, recording sales and collections transactions, sending statement of accounts to customers for chasing collections, etc.)
• Manages Accounts Payables (“AP’) (including handle and communicate for any suppliers, supplier invoices, payments related matters, recording supplier invoices and payments transactions, validation of Purchase Orders to Invoices received, etc.)
• Perform monthly/quarterly/annually financial closing, ensure timely and accurate reporting in Oracle and Hyperion, and prepare financial reporting packages.
• Prepare and submit all kind of tax filing (including Withholding Tax, VAT, Corporate Income Tax) as well as other local statutory requirements to the local authorities as required.
• Process monthly staff claims
• Support and assist with additional projects and / or ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
• Ensure processes are followed accordance to internal working procedures and instructions, and assist in SOP improvements
• Proper and timing filing of all financial data and documentation
• Perform any other duties assigned by Finance Manager, ASEAN
• Assist in handling office related matters (including office leases, cleaning services, etc.)
• Taking care of office supplies of the company
• Assist HR on employees’ on-boarding or exit related matters
• Ensure Customers' needs are taken care of within the standards of performance set by management.
• Assist Sales Team in arranging importation and exportation of goods (including checking and verifying of documents, communicating with forwarder on shipment arrangement)
• Assist Sales Team and ASEAN Customer Services Team in managing customer orders until shipment

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 - 3 years working experience, preferred
• Relevant background experience that would benefit incumbent in this role, preferred
• Proficient in English Communication (both writing and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Strong ethics & professional integrity required
• Organised, results-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Detail-oriented, independent, and hardworking
