About this position

The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets and KPIs assigned within the targeted market business, focusing on Public Safety products and developing new customers, channels, and competitor transformation.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of strategic plans assigned by company standards and working within the designated Hospital.
• Territory planning, structured calling systems, direct selling to HealthCare personnel of hospital.
• Developing new business, market research, organizing trials of new products.
• Identify new potential hospital opportunities, servicing existing hospital accounts and identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Responsible for ITQ, tender preparation and tender interviews with product demonstration during the whole tendering process.
• Site visits (to advice on installation) and in-service product training to customers as part of post-sales activities.
• Run resuscitation initiatives and programs within the hospital segment.
• Regular written reporting structured.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in medical device industry, selling medical equipment to respective segment, preferred.
• Relevant background experience that would benefit incumbent in this role, preferred.
• More than 3 - 5 years in the Medical Device industry selling Medical Equipment’s.
• Proven records in achieving sales targets.
• Detail-oriented, independent, and hardworking.
• Strong ethics & professional integrity required.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to excel with limited supervision, but willing and able to seek advice and guidance as and when required.
• Willingness to take ownership of task assigned and strive for continuous improvement.
• Strong sense of teamwork and willing to help across different business functions when required.
