About this position
Responsibilities
• Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs and growth opportunities
• Conduct competitive analysis/peer reviews
• Assist in strategic planning and updating strategic five-year plans (group & entity level)
• Support in M&A activities, from the selection of M&A targets to business case writing and integration planning
• Support in marketing and communication activities (group level)
• Support in organizing quarterly management meeting reports and other reporting requirements of the strategy department
Requirements
• Bachelor or (preferred) master’s degree in business administration or a related field
• Previous experience in strategic planning, market research, or M&A support is a plus
• Strong business proficiency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Organizational and project management skills
• Self-motivated, pro-active, problem-solving
• Eager to learn and develop in a dynamic international company
